Real Estate Investing
The Prosper real estate coaches have established a strong reputation for success by helping thousands of students learn about real estate investing. The real estate program features expert coaches representing decades of mentoring and investing experience. The ideas that are presented to their students are tested principles as all of the coaches are currently investing in real estate and furthering their own education through hands on experience. In addition to their own investing activities, the coaches are continually participating in national seminars, conference calls, video trainings, and other courses to keep them constantly informed and up-to-date in the real estate industry. With their knowledge and expertise, our coaches have assisted clients in the buying and selling of many real estate properties.
Aside from personal appointments with your coach, you can also expect:
- Elective Classes. These supplemental mentoring classes are great for furthering your course of study or exploring other topics of study. Elective Classes are available on a variety of subjects pertaining to overall wealth-building. These classes are presented by professionals in their areas of expertise and present an opportunity to tune in to the latest techniques and topics to help you succeed.
- Access to our real estate resource line. We understand that as a student in our program you may often have quick questions that need quick attention, and the resource line is there for that purpose. Throughout the workweek, we allow all of our students to utilize the resource line as a tool to help them in their education.
- A complete set of real estate curriculum manuals to assist you in your education. As your coach is teaching you new real estate principles, you will be able to follow along in your manual. The manual will allow you to take notes and recall what topics were discussed in your personal coaching sessions.
