Prosper, Inc. Appoints New Chief Marketing Officer

PROVO, Utah - March 13, 2008 - Prosper, Inc. recently named David Higley, former Executive Vice President of Online Marketing at EURO RSCG DRTV, as the company's Chief Marketing Officer.

David Higley joined Prosper, Inc. to lead the company's marketing department and manage strategic marketing and advertising.

"I look forward to partnering with all departments across the entire organization to develop marketing strategies and plans that will allow us to take advantage of the exciting possibilities that the future holds for Prosper."

Prior to joining Prosper, Inc., Mr. Higley was the Executive Vice President of Online Marketing for EURO RSCG DRTV, where he managed the online marketing team and was responsible for building and developing an online marketing platform. He also managed interactive marketing and television partnerships for a variety of clients. Prior to working with EURO RSCG DRTV, Mr. Higley was Vice President of Marketing and Advertising at Corinthian Colleges, Inc., a leading post-secondary education provider in North America.

Mr. Higley is a graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He currently lives in Portland, OR with his wife, Lisa, and 4 children.
