For 12 years, the business coaching professionals at Prosper — led by founders Ethan Willis and Randy Garn — have worked tirelessly to guide individuals to reach "prosperity."
But an interesting thing happens after you've been working with thousands of individuals trying to reach their definition of prosperity — you find that not all people have the same ideas of what makes someone prosperous.
"You have to know what your own definition of prosperity is before you can strive to achieve it," Randy says.
As Prosper evolves as a company — which is a key to long-term success, according to the founders — the next stage has the company releasing a book worldwide this October, called, "Prosper: Create the Life You Really Want."
"Through the years of research of over 70,000 students in 80 countries, we realized there is an overarching pattern for prosperity — Money + Happiness + Sustainability. However, everyone looks at prosperity slightly differently, so we help people define it, create it, and live it," Ethan says.
Each copy of the book comes with a free assessment, which helps individuals define what prosperity means to them and helps them align their life to that prosperity. From there, the book outlines six practices from their research that bring balance to money and happiness in a lasting way. One-on-one coaching, which is still the core of the company's business, will continue to be key for clients looking for more individualized help in finding their personal prosperity.
"This book won't replace our core Prosper's Executive Committee represents a few of the company's hundreds of employees. business, but is another tool enabling us to help people find true, meaningful, lasting prosperity in their lives," Ethan says.
Moreover, the book will help make sure Prosper continues as an industry leader and trusted brand for years to come.
