Prosper Owners Graduate from Harvard Business School Owner/President Management Program

In March 2010, Prosper Inc owners Ethan Willis and Randy Garn graduated from the Owner/President Management Program from the prestigious Harvard Business School. In addition to graduating from this program, Ethan and Randy were privileged to accept honors as finalists in the Most Innovative Business Strategy competition.

The Owner/President Management Program (OPM) is a three year executive education program designed to help business owners fine-tune their business and financial strategies. OPM students enjoy building relationships with the Harvard Business School staff and with fellow students representing a broad range of organizations and industry specialists. Ethan and Randy enjoyed their learning teams that were comprised of a range of experiences and talents that provided a unique context for personal feedback and professional development. Among the many courses the OPM offers are: leadership, strategy, marketing, control, finance, global markets, innovation, negotiation, and special interest sessions like family businesses and personal investing.
