New Program Launch – Youth Leadership Mentoring

Prosper, in partnership with Envision EMI and the National Young Leaders Conference, is pleased to announce the launch of our Youth Leadership Mentoring program.

NYLC has been a pioneer in using experience-based learning to help highly motivated high school-aged students increase their chances of achieving their goals, ranging from acceptance to the school of their choice to increasing their ability to influence others.

Prosper has created a Youth Leadership mentoring program to help these student establish, increase and maintain a strategic advantage in the market place, providing these young leaders with the skills and learning experiences required to enhance and improve the level of their performance. Elements of this program include:

• One on One Mentoring
• Program Curriculum – focused on Personal, Character, Social, Educational and Career development
• Leadership Experiences – exercises to help students more fully understand, develop and demonstrate the leadership and life skills needed to excel personally and professionally.
• Lessons From Leaders – Teleconferences featuring some of the top leaders in the national and global community, including sports legends, government officials and corporate executives.
• Elective Classes – developed specifically around topics taught in the Youth Leadership program
• Youth Leadership Graduate Calls – group mentoring calls on various leadership topics including teamwork, presentation skills, problem solving, goal setting, decision making, innovation, etc.
• Personal Development Graduate Call – parents of students enrolling in this program will receive access to our weekly Personal Development graduate conference calls
