Prosper Joins Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah for One-of-a-kind event

Saturday, September 18th, Prosper Inc sponsored a five man bowling team to participate in the Utah Big Brother Big Sister Bowling for Kid's Sake event. With Prosper's help, this year's fundraiser raised $9,000 -double the amount of 2009- and had 19 business-sponsored teams participate.

Bowling for Kids' Sake is about having fun to help kids. It is the Big Brother Big Sister of Utah's most important fundraising event of the year. Funds raised went directly toward matching children with carefully-screened, caring Big Brother and Big Sister volunteers. The money raised also went towards building a chapter house here in Utah County.

The Prosper Team enjoyed two rounds of bowling, free pizza, soda and one team member was among one of the winners for the runner up grand prize – a rip stick! The Team enjoyed themselves, enjoyed a fun outing with friends, and enjoyed knowing they made a big difference to kids right here in our community.
